Following is an application for membership in word and pdf format.

The short form is to be used "only" when SR connection can be made within "4" generations. Otherwise the long form "must" be used.

State society registrar and General society registrar will reject short form if papers of connecting ancestry do not meet required standards.

If you have researched your ancestory and have the information available, fill in the following application as instructed. Note that two notorized copies are necessary.

Send the completed copies to: Sons of the Revolution, State of North Carolina, P.O. Box 1261, Southern Pines, NC, 28388, with a check for $50.00 to cover application and registration fee. Make the check payable to: SORNC

If you have a problem with the part regarding proposer and seconder, send the completed application and we will assist you in this matter.

NOW if you have not done the necessary geneology research on your ancestory but feel that you may still be qualified for membership, fill in the section on the first three generations and forward this page with a check for $100.00 to the above post office box. The $100.00 will cover 4 hours of research work by our genealogy expert. Following that we will advise you as to whether or not further research would benefit your endeavor. No further expense would be incurred without your approval.
